What locations are left that will allow us to actually have a fund raiser that includes the music we love? I think that's the question we have to address first. Then we can pick from the available locations (if there are any) and start planning.

Something we do need to do, if we're this serious, is create a non-profit business status and get all legit within their rules. I don't personally have the money to put that out there myself but I would be willing to consider putting my name on it if there isn't anyone else to take the positions required (you have to have a board and some other "positions" if I remember correctly).
